Try these fixes:
Method 1. EnableMicrosoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter
1)Press Windows key + X key together to xuất hiện quick-access menu.Click Device Manager to mở cửa it.

After updating your driver, reboot Windows 10 to make the new driver take effect. Set your WiFi hotspot again to lớn see if it works.
